Cardiac Rehabilitation
Cardiac Rehabilitation features an individualized exercise and education program designed to improve a cardiac patient’s quality of life and maximize heart function. Patients recovering from a heart attack or other cardiac condition will benefit from the aggressive therapy program with excellent outcomes and world-class amenities. Services include:
- Ongoing evaluation of each patient’s physical condition, utilizing state-of-the-art technology, including telemetry monitoring equipment
- Lab work, including daily blood draws as ordered by a physician and quick turnaround times
- An aggressive physical therapy and strength-building program tailored to the patient’s individual needs and abilities to ensure optimal outcomes
- Dietary education and restaurant-style dining with heart-healthy food
- Medication management and education, including written protocols to ensure accurate coumadin administration
