Administrator
Lesley Hieras, LNHA
Lesley Hieras has been the Administrator at Alden Long Grove since February 2010. She began her career at Alden in 2004 as an Admission Director and was promoted to Corporate Admission Coordinator. In 2009, Lesley enrolled in the company’s Administrator in Training (AIT) program and became a licensed nursing home administrator soon after. She has a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Sports Studies from Rutgers University in New Jersey.
Director of Nursing
Lakeisha Coleman, BSN, RN
Lakeisha Coleman has been the Director of Nursing at Alden Long Grove since October 2009. Prior to joining Alden Long Grove, she was the Director of Nursing as well as a nurse consultant in a long-term care setting. Lakeisha has been in the nursing field since 1999 and has six years of nursing management experience. She has a bachelor's degree in Nursing from Mennonite College of Nursing at Illinois State University in Normal, Illinois.
Assistant Director of Nursing
Terri Leist, RN
Terri Leist joined Alden Long Grove as Assistant Director of Nursing in November 2009. In her role as ADON, Terri assists in overseeing and managing nursing personnel, advising staff regarding patient care protocols and establishing nursing goals and objectives to meet the needs of patients and residents. Before coming to Alden Long Grove, Terri worked in the Cardiovascular Surgery Unit as a charge nurse at Southeast Missouri Hospital for four years and has experience working as a Charge Nurse at a rehabilitation center. She received her Nursing degree from Southeast Hospital College of Nursing & Health Sciences in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
Admission Director
Denise A. Betzold
Denise has served as Admission Director at Alden Long Grove since December
2007. She has over 30 years of management experience. She is
customer-service oriented and takes pride in going 'above and beyond' what
is expected of her. She says she enjoys her job because she likes
interacting with residents and their families and helping them ensure a
smooth transition and stay at Alden Long Grove.
